Voluntary travel insurance provided to credit cards issued by LBBW Bank CZ a.s.
You are provided by the possibility to conclude voluntary travel insurance to your credit card issued by LBBW Bank CZ a.s. This insurance covers the card holder while travelling out of the Czech Republic, worldwide.
Who is covered
The insurance covers the card holder (variant A - individual cover), resp. also spouse or partner of card holder and their dependent child/ren up to age 18 if they are travelling together (variant B - family cover).
When are you covered
Travel insurance is valid for time of card validity whenever you travel abroad for the trips not exceeding 45 days.
Insurance starts (and when returning back terminates) by crossing the territorial borders of the Czech Republic. Number of trips is not limited. It is not required to pay the travel costs using your card for validity of insurance. Insurance is not valid for events within territory of CR or your permanent domicile country.
What is covered

Exclusions
Insurance does not cover any risk sports (see details in Travel Insurance conditions) nor any official sport competitions. If you are going to do these activities, please conclude special insurance before your departure. Normal sport activities including winter sports are covered.

What to do in case of emergency abroad
Travel insurance is provided including the assistance services of International SOS available in Czech language all 24 hours a day.
Please contact the assistance company ISOS as soon as possible in case of injury or other medical emergency. ISOS will organize your treatment/medical consultation and all related services. Be prepared to state your name, name of the bank and policy number (see assistance card). You will be asked about your card expiry date, your location and other necessary information to help you.

When consulting the private medical practicioner you may be asked to pay minor amounts cash. If so please ask for claim form after your return back to CR (available at bank´s internet pages or AIG or it can be mail to you upon request).
